What are return to MI Requests?
Within the Notifications section, you may receive a message stating “Return Stock Request from MI.” This means the warehouse team has requested that certain items currently on your truck be returned. This may be because another team member requires the product for a sale, or because the stock has remained in your inventory for an extended period without being sold. Ultimately, the decision to return the stock remains with you.
What you need to do
1. Click on the notification to see a list products that have been requested to be returned.
2. Select the products you want to return and click "Transfer Out"
3. This will create a transfer to MI for these products.
4. You will need to then make sure these products are delivered back to the warehouse team (MI) so they can add to their stock.
